Due to the custom nature of our products, personalised items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless they arrive damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

A description of the issue

Clear photographs of the item and packaging

We will review your claim and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Personalisation Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all names, dates, messages, and uploaded photos are correct when placing an order. We cannot offer refunds or replacements for errors submitted during the ordering process.

Order Cancellations

As personalised items are made to order, cancellation requests can only be accepted before production has started. Once production begins, your order cannot be cancelled.
